How We Can Support
We offer flexible support for both children and adults, including:
-
Respite care and short breaks to give families and carers time to rest and recharge
-
Community activities and outings, such as social groups, hobbies, leisure activities, and days out
-
Enablement and life skills support, promoting independence at home and in the community
-
Shopping support, including planning, budgeting, and attending shops
-
Support with attending appointments, such as GP visits, hospital appointments, and meetings
-
Emotional and practical support to build confidence and wellbeing
All support is delivered at a pace that suits the individual, encouraging choice, dignity, and independence.
Overnight Support in Your Own Home
We can also provide overnight support in your own home if this is something you are looking for. This can offer reassurance, safety, and continuity of care, whether on an occasional basis or as part of a longer-term support plan.
Supporting Children and Adults
We have experience supporting both children and adults with learning disabilities, adapting our approach to suit different ages, needs, and family circumstances. Our team understands the importance of consistency, trust, and positive relationships.
