Q. Do you provide full care packages to support individuals in their own homes?
A. Yes. We can provide a full staffing team as well as fully manage the care package provided for adults of all ages. Alternatively, we can provide small care visits to support you when and where help is needed.
Q. Do you provide staff to support already established care packages?
A. Yes. We provide staff to support individuals and teams in care homes and other care settings. We can also compliment an already established care team which visits you in your home.
Q. Do you provide care and support for children as well as adults?
A. Yes. We are CQC regulated to care for both children and adults. We support lots of children and adults around the north east.
Q. What is our shortest time period where we can provide care in your home?
A. 15 minutes is the shortest time we usually provide to our clients, but this isn’t set in stone.
Q. What is the longest duration of care you can provide?
A. We can provide 24/7 care, so there is no limit to the length of care.
Q. How quick can a package be up and running?
A. Care can be in place within 48hrs. This could be shorter in an emergency situation, but that would need to be discussed.
Q. How flexible can you be with time slots?
A. There is no straight forward answer for this question. It all depends on care time, staffing required and other client’s needs. This would need to be discussed on a case by case basis.
Q. Is it just local authority clients you provide care to or do you provide care to private clients?
A. We provide care to both. We also provide care to clients referred to us from the NHS.

A. Yes. Each person is treated as an individual and can have care tailored to them rather than both together.
