Victoria
If thereâs anyone who truly understands what it means to grow into a role with heart, itâs Victoria!
Before joining the world of care, Victoria spent an impressive 10 years at Sainsburyâs, climbing the ladder from Customer Service Assistant to Store Manager. But it was a deeply personal experienceâcaring for a close relative during their final daysâthat opened her heart to a new calling.
That moment of clarity led her to us at JohnJasper, and we couldnât be more grateful! It didnât take long for Victoria to shine. Within just six months, she stepped up as Field Care Supervisor, and another six months later, she took on her current role as our dedicated Care Co-ordinator.
Victoria brings warmth, empathy, and a brilliant sense of organisation to everything she does. Whether she's scheduling visits or supporting our care team, she makes sure every client is treated with the kindness and dignity they deserve.
When sheâs not orchestrating top-notch care services, youâll find her enjoying the simple joys of lifeâcamping, taking long walks, and embracing the great outdoors with her family and their beloved dog.
Weâre proud to have Victoria as part of the JohnJasper family, and we know our clients feel the same.

Mark
Say hello to our wonderful Field Care Supervisor, who swapped spreadsheets for support visitsâand hasnât looked back since!
Formerly a Bank Manager at Barclays, he made the bold and beautiful leap into care over 13 years ago. Why? Because, in his own words, âhelping people in a meaningful way is the most life-changing kind of work there is.â And we couldn't agree more.
Since stepping into homecare and community support, heâs been a compassionate force across various care companiesâuntil he found his perfect fit with JohnJasper Care, joining us through the acquisition of the Castrian Group.
His passion? Client satisfaction and exceptional service.
Or as he likes to say: âItâs my bread and butter!â Whether itâs smoothing out the small stuff or orchestrating outstanding care plans, he takes pride in making a real difference every single day.
And when the day is done?
Youâll find him adventuring with his grandchildren, in search of the next exciting play park. (Rumour has it, heâs on a mission to test them all!)
So whether you're already part of our JohnJasper family or just getting to know us, rest assuredâyouâre in expert, enthusiastic hands.

Patience
Weâre thrilled to introduce Patience, our newly promoted Field Care Supervisor â and trust us, sheâs as dynamic as her name is calm!
With a passion for travel, socialising, and connecting with people from all walks of life,
Patience brings a vibrant energy and deep sense of empathy to everything she does. Her love of learning about different cultures and stories is what first drew her into the world of home care â and itâs been a perfect match ever since.
Patience has worked in various care roles across Zimbabwe, South Africa, and the UK, racking up over four years of hands-on experience. She joined our team as a dedicated Home Care Worker, and through her hard work, perseverance, and an eagle eye for detail, sheâs climbed the ranks to take on her new leadership role.
Before diving into care full-time, Patience also worked in a busy dental practice in South Africa, balancing duties as both a dental assistant and admin whizz. Itâs no surprise sheâs great at multitasking and keeping things running smoothly!
When sheâs not out supporting our care teams, youâll likely find Patience with her nose in a book, cheering on a soccer match, or watching an action-packed Bruce Willis movie â sheâs a Die Hard fan through and through.
With her sights set on a managerial role in care, Patience is only just getting started â and we couldnât be more excited to have her supporting our clients and team with her signature mix of warmth, wisdom, and humour.

Ogee
Meet Ogee â Our Problem-Solving Star at JohnJasper Care!
Since joining the JohnJasper Care family in 2022, Ogee has been a powerhouse of positivity and precision. With a sharp Maths degree in her back pocket and a mind that thrives on solving tricky puzzles, she's the one we turn to when we want things done right â and with a smile.
Ogee takes care of payroll admin, keeps our compliance game strong, and juggles all sorts of admin tasks like a pro. But her impact doesnât stop at the spreadsheet. Sheâs deeply passionate about fighting inequality in her home country, Nigeria â a cause close to her heart that adds even more meaning to everything she does.
Before gracing us with her brilliance, Ogee brought her magic to a variety of roles: business support at Santander, HR admin with SSCL Shared Services and Manpower, and even a stint working for a Lord and Lady on the Isle of Skye â yes, really!
When she's not keeping the wheels turning at JohnJasper Care, you might find her deep in a whodunit mystery Ă la Agatha Christie or James Hadley Chase. And if you really want to make her day? Invite her on a yacht trip â travelling in style is definitely her thing.
Weâre lucky to have such a vibrant, driven, and kind-hearted person on our team. Hereâs to you, Ogee â you make the workplace a better place every single day!

Alex
Meet Alex â Our Operations & Talent Maestro
Alexâs career path has been anything but boring! He kicked things off in sales, swapped suits for schoolbooks as a Primary Teacher, and spent four years inspiring young minds before discovering a passion for Education Recruitment. From there, he took on extra shifts as a support worker for children and adults â because clearly, one job just wasnât enough!
His journey continued into roles as Business Development Manager and Service Lead, supporting emergency placements for young people. Along the way, Alex earned his Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management for Childrenâs Homes and became Deputy Manager of a specialist therapeutic childrenâs home in Newcastle.
With his mix of experience across education, care, recruitment, and therapeutic work, Alex now brings his trademark energy, empathy, and humour to JohnJasper as our Operations & Talent Manager â building the team, improving efficiency, and keeping us all on our toes (in the best way possible).
Heâs passionate about helping JohnJasper Care grow its own childrenâs services, adding to the fantastic work we already do. When heâs not streamlining systems or supporting the team, youâll probably find Alex outdoors, learning something new, or tinkering with his motorbikes and cars â usually with a big grin and a bit of grease on his hands.
